You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a FlipMoney.
Each FlipMoney is allocated its own unique Personal Identification Code (“PIN”). When you purchase a FlipMoney, the Distribution Partner will give you a voucher showing amongst other information your CODE. If the Distribution Partner is an electronic retailer, your PIN will be transmitted in electronic form (via email or SMS).The agreement between you and us is concluded for an indefinite term, however, FlipMoney codes usually have an expiry date which doesn’t affect their value, they simply have to be reissued.
You may use FlipMoney with a large variety of online shops and services (“Shops”) which have partnered with us in accepting FlipMoney as payment for their goods. Once you have purchased a FlipMoney you can use it to purchase products and services in these Shops.
You may use your FlipMoney as many times as you would like to purchase products and/or services up to the value limit of your voucher.
When you pay using your FlipMoney you will be asked to enter the FlipMoney’s PIN.
The FlipMoney is issued in euros (€). Any payments made for goods/services in another currency shall be converted into euros using the exchange rate applicable on the date of a transaction.
